Meet Vaurix

Vaurix is the AI inside Vaurse. It helps people find their next move and helps organisations run things by asking. It suggests; you decide.

A small shared office in Accra, Ghana: a young Ghanaian woman sits at a laptop by a window, typing a question, while an older Ghanaian colleague leans over her shoulder pointing at the screen, both relaxed and focused.

Vaurix is the AI inside Vaurse. Vaurse knows what's been signed about you: your jobs, your degrees, your certificates. Vaurix helps you use it. For a person, it finds your next move. For an organisation, it runs offers, events, staff cards and hiring by asking.

Through all of it, one rule comes first: it suggests; you decide.

For you: your next move

In the Vaurse app, Vaurix looks at your record and tells you the one step that gets you furthest. That might be a job, a scholarship, a course or an event that fits your signed record. Each suggestion shows why, for example "your signed degree and the courses you've finished".

You can also ask how anything works. Thinking about a job you're not ready for yet? Vaurix can show you what's missing, and where to get it checked and signed. And in Vaurse Learn, Vaurix is the tutor that teaches you a skill on the real website.

On the web, at vaurix.ai

You can ask Vaurix from any computer at vaurix.ai: find someone to hire, ask about your record, or get help. Sign in with the Vaurse app to use everything Vaurix does for you. Anything that signs or shares is still confirmed on your phone.

Vaurix on the web is on our roadmap as "In testing", which means it's working, with a small group first.

For organisations: run it by asking

For businesses, schools and organisers, anything your portal can do, you can ask Vaurix to do at vaurix.ai. Anything your portal knows, Vaurix can tell you in a sentence.

  • Create a campaign or an offer, and see how it's doing.
  • Create an event, sell passes, and get the report after.
  • Design your staff cards from your brand, and order them.
  • Ask anything, like "Who clocked in late this week?" or "Which doors haven't synced today?"
  • Hire by what's been signed, and request a person's record.
  • Build a course from your notes, and Vaurix teaches it to your team.

Running your organisation by asking is on the roadmap as "Building".

Confirm cards and a daily limit

Every change shows you a confirm card first. Say you ask for 20% off weekday lunch at your Osu branch for October. Vaurix shows you the offer, the branch, the dates and who can use it. Nothing happens until you tap. If something's wrong, you change it first.

Vaurix can never do more than your role allows. And everything it does is logged, with your name.

Vaurix is included in every plan, up to a daily limit of questions. The limit depends on your plan, and a question beyond it uses a credit. Vaurix Help, which answers only from approved Help Center articles, is free and unlimited. Every limit is on our prices page.

The rules Vaurix keeps

  • It suggests; you decide.
  • It only uses what's been signed and what you've shared.
  • It shows why it suggests something.
  • It never sends, signs or pays without you.
  • It never scores people or ranks them.
  • Only a person signs records and answers checks.

When an organisation asks Vaurix to find people, it lists only people who chose to be found for that kind of work, matched only on what's been signed. It shows the facts that match, not a score. It never matches on who someone is: no age, gender, religion, ethnicity or looks, and never which school someone went to. And nothing about a person is shared until they accept.
