How do I get a free Voscard? +
Get the Vaurse app, sign in with your phone number, and check who you are once with your Ghana Card. Your digital Voscard is ready. No smartphone? We can text you one.
How do I freeze a lost card? +
Open the app and tap Freeze. Doors stop accepting it. A replacement keeps your record, passes and stamps.
What does someone see when they check my card? +
Whether it's real and active, and the holder's name as the issuer has it. Never a photo, a phone number or an address.
How do I order a printed card? +
In the app or at voscentral.com/shop. Choose plastic, wood, metal or 24K gold. Every printed card comes with the digital card.
How do refunds for event passes work? +
The organiser sets the rules and refunds from their own number. If an event is cancelled, Vaurse returns its GHS 3 fee too.
Who can sign facts on my record? +
Only the people who know: your employer, your school, or an organiser. You can't edit a signed fact, and neither can we.
How do I set up my business? +
Set up your business and we check it against your registration. Add your branches and team, then order cards or start with digital ones today.
Can I use my VAU card number? +
Yes. Older cards keep working.
