Find the right person, with proof of their work.
Tell Vaurix who you need, the way you'd tell a friend. It finds people whose work is signed by the people who know it: the school that trained them, the body that licensed them, the clients they've worked for.
Search free at vaurix.ai. You connect with people in the Vaurse app.
Say it. See the proof. Connect.
- Say what you need. The work, where, when and what you'll pay. Vaurix asks at most three short questions.
- See people with signed proof.Only people who switched on Open to work for that kind of work. Each result lists the signed facts that matched, and who signed them.
- Connect in the Vaurse app. They accept, decline or ask a question. When they accept, you chat in the app. A request nobody answers ends after 48 hours for gigs and 72 hours for jobs.
A job for the afternoon, or a career.

The next step in a career.
Accountants, nurses, engineers, teachers. Vaurix weighs degrees, memberships and work history, each signed by the place it came from.
"Senior accountant, chartered, five years, hybrid in Accra"
The proof, not the person's private life.
A result shows only what the worker chose to share, and the signed facts that matched your search. Vaurix lists those facts. It never gives anyone a score, a rank or a star rating.
- Phone, email and home address stay hidden until they choose to share them.
- Full name shows only after they accept your request.
- Age, religion, ethnicity, health and family are never shown, and you can't search by them.
- Plumbing certificate signed by Osu Institute of Technology
- 34 jobs done each confirmed by the client
- 3 years at Kasa Facilities signed by the employer

- Where
- Osu, Accra

- A client in Osu (the client chose not to show their name)
- Paid as agreed

Every finished job becomes proof.
After the work, either side taps Job done. When the other confirms, a signed record goes on both Vaurse records. The worker gets proof of the job; the hirer gets proof they paid as agreed.
A worker with no certificates can build a record that strangers trust, one job at a time. The hirer chooses whether their name shows or just "a client in" their area. Companies are always named.
Switch on Open to work in the Vaurse app.
You choose the work, the pay, where and when, and who can see you. Being found is free, always.
- The work and the payGigs, full time, part time or contract. Your rate or monthly pay is shown on every result.
- Where and whenThe areas you work in and the days you're free. Pause with one tap while you're on a job.
- Who can see youHide from named companies, including the one you work for. Your employer is never told.
- Who can reach youTurn off requests from people whose ID isn't checked, or from agencies.
Build a shortlist here. Hire in the portal.
Search and shortlist without an account. To ask people to talk, sign up your company. The shortlist comes with you.
Interview requests.
Each goes to the person's app with the role, the pay and your company name. They accept, decline or suggest a time.
See what they share.
Once someone accepts, they choose which degrees, licences and work history you see. You see only that.
Offer and sign.
Send the offer in the portal. When they sign, the job starts on both records, and their staff card, hours and access are ready.
Agencies name the client.
Every request says who the role is for. A shortlist can't move to another client without asking each person again.
Fair to both sides.
- Only people who asked to be found for that kind of work can be found. Nobody at Vaurse can search for a person.
- The pay is shown on every request. No pay, no request.
- No scores, no ranks, no guesses about personality. Only signed facts.
- Nobody pays to be found, and a request asking a worker to pay for a job is blocked.
- Report or block from any request or chat.
Before you start.
Is it free? +
Free for workers, always. Free to search and connect when you're hiring for yourself or your home. Companies and agencies get 20 interview requests a month free, then GHS 20 each.
How do I know a person is real? +
Everyone on Vaurse Hire uses the Vaurse app with a checked phone. Results show whether a person's ID is checked, and you can choose to see only people whose ID is checked.
Do I pay the worker through Vaurse? +
No. You agree the pay in the chat and pay each other directly. Job done records whether the pay was made as agreed.
Can my boss see I'm open to work? +
No. Your employer is never told, and you can hide from any named company, including the one you work for.
Where does it work? +
Vaurse Hire starts in Accra, then city by city across Ghana.
