Referral policy

Vaurse grows best through people who already trust it. This policy covers two ways to refer: inviting friends, and the Stockist programme for partners who sell Voscards.

1. Inviting friends

• Everyone with a Vaurse account gets a personal invite link in the app.
• A referral counts when someone new opens a Vaurse account with your link and checks who they are with their Ghana Card.
• Rewards for inviting friends are shown in the app at the time you invite. They will be decided before launch.
• You can't refer yourself, or someone who already has an account.

2. Referring a business, school or organiser

• You can introduce an organisation to Vaurse with your invite link.
• A referral counts when the organisation is checked by Vaurse and starts using a paid part of Vaurse.
• The reward for an organisation referral will be decided before launch.

3. The Stockist programme

Stockists are partners who buy Voscards to sell. They join under a separate Stockist agreement, which takes priority over this page. In short:

• The stockist pack costs GHS 50,000.
• On the Active Track, a stockist earns a 20% commission on sales made through their own referral link, as well as their share of pooled sales.
• Earnings depend on real card sales and are not guaranteed. The programme is a way to sell cards; it is not an investment.
• After 12 months, a stockist may ask Vaurse to buy back unsold cards at the price they paid, on the terms in the Stockist agreement.

4. How rewards are paid

• Rewards are paid to your mobile money number in your registered name, within 30 days of the referral counting.
• Rewards can't be swapped, sold or transferred.

5. Fair play

• No spam: don't send your link to people who haven't asked, and don't post it where it pretends to be from Vaurse.
• No fake accounts, made-up people or paid sign-ups.
• Don't bid on our name in search ads, or claim to speak for Vaurse.

If a referral breaks these rules, we can cancel it and take back any reward. Serious or repeated misuse can close the account.

6. Changes and ending

We may change or end the friend and organisation referral programme. We'll tell you in the app first, and referrals that already counted will still be paid.
