Vaurse is built on one idea: the people who know you sign what's true, you carry it, and anyone can check it. That only works if you can trust us with it. Here's what we promise, and what we do.
Our promises
- We never sell your data.
- Nobody sees your record without your say-so, and you see every request.
- What an organisation signs can't be edited, by you or by us. Mistakes are corrected by the signer, and the change is shown.
- We never hold anyone's money. Pass and membership money goes straight to the organiser or business.
- We never score people or build profiles of them.
- Support never asks for a PIN, a code or a password.
How we use AI
Vaurix is the AI inside Vaurse. It helps you find your next move, teaches skills in Vaurse Learn, drafts courses and shortlists applicants for organisations. These are its rules:
- It only uses what's been signed about you and what you've chosen to share.
- It shows why it suggests something.
- It never sends, signs or pays without you, and it never makes a decision about you on its own.
- It never scores people or ranks them.
- In Vaurse Learn, the tutor looks at the lesson's tab only while a lesson is running. Screenshots are used for the answer and not kept.
- Vaurix Help answers only from approved Help Center articles, and never uses anyone's personal data.
What a check shows
- When someone checks a Voscard, they see whether it's real and active. On a green answer they also see the holder's name, as the issuer has it.
- A check never shows a photo, a phone number or an address.
- A door or till shows a first name and a yes. Door staff see a name and a pass type, never what anyone paid.
How we keep it safe
- Your data is encrypted when it travels and when it's stored.
- Signing in to Vaurse needs a code sent to your phone, and the app uses your phone's own Face ID or fingerprint.
- Portal accounts that can change cards, keys or records need two-step sign-in.
- Every sensitive action in the portals is logged with who did it and when. A full export of people's details needs a second person to approve it.
- Developer keys are shown once and stored scrambled. Requests are rate-limited, and no personal data goes into our logs.
- Organisations are checked before they can sign, and their checks are repeated.
Your card, if something goes wrong
- Freeze a lost or stolen card in one tap in the app.
- Doors that are online stop accepting a frozen card at once; doors that are offline stop within 30 minutes.
- A replacement keeps your record, passes and stamps. Your old card number is never reused.
Apps you connect
- "Sign in with Vaurse" only shares what you approve on your phone.
- You can see every connected app in Privacy and access, and take access back at any time.
- Your attendance, door taps and where your card has been are never shared with apps.
